• You have well-founded knowledge in the fundamentals of molecular, cell and organism-relevant biology and are able to analyze, explain, develop solutions, present and critically reflect. You are familiar with tasks in biosciences and can investigate tasks of biosciences on a molecular level.
• You are able to connect expert, cross-subject scientific thinking with the practical implementation in laboratories of research and development, the production-accompanying analytics and quality assurance and are familiar with your work field and operational processes in an industrial company.
• Questions and problem solutions can be documented and presented considering international research results in German and in English.
• You have acquired the ability to communicate and collaborate in national and international teams and can represent the content and problems of biosciences when communicating with experts and laymen in German and English.
• Graduates of this dual bachelor degree course Applied Biosciences in collaboration with the partner companies the students attain their first professional qualification, which allows them to combine scientific theories, as well as practice- and research oriented methods and techniques of biosciences and to successfully transfer and implement them.
