Step 1. Make sure you have a valid passport and is not expiring in coming 6 to 12 months. If you do not posses, apply for passport well in advance as it takes time. Passport is must for everyone if you want to travel abroad, its your globally accepted travel document. Without this you wont be able to go anywhere. If you are in EU, then you can travel with your ID card.

Step 2

Step 2. Visa is second step for travelling abroad for your education plans. Apply for visa in time and make sure you submit all required documents listed by the consulate of the respective country. You should check what is the processing time for your visa on the official website. Ideally visa process take 45 to 90 days depending on the country you are travelling to and on you

r documents too. Collect your Visa and inform University about it, so they are sure you are flying on time.

Step 3

Step 3: Look for options and your accomodations abroad on your arrival. Universities support you in this step. Coordinate with them and make sure your have a place of accomodation. If not, you can book hotels or guest house close to university, or the town/City. Based on this you can decide your flying days and timings.

Step 4

Step 4. Once you are sure when you want to travel, book your flights and transportation to the airport in your home country and then from airport to your final destination. In Europe, you will find good connectivity of public transportation such as trains, bus, trams and metros. Our travel agencies can help you out.

Step 5. Once travels booked, make sure you pack things for your stay in the country. Always check your bag limits while travelling by flight and also what to carry and what not to carry.  Rules and regulations differ by each country. Always carry your documents in your hand baggage as immigration office may request you to furnish them at the airport of your travel destination

country. Always pack your bags yourself and make sure you know what is in each of your bags. Get some ready to eat for your next couple of days.

Step 6. Though Europe is considered safe, you do find fraudsters in every country. Make sure you reach your destination as planned and you have some cash in local EU currency in case required. Prefer Uber and prebooked taxis if you require one. If you miss your train or bus, get in touch with information counter for next possible train or bus, they will guide you.

Part Time Jobs

While studying many students would like to find a part-time job to support their expenses. Not only it helps you to manage your monthly expenses, but it really helps you to get integrated in work culture and improve your local language skills. But if you are a student, one should always check their study time schedule before committing to a part time job. There are several ways to find a part time job in university or around you.
