Description/content | Program and courses Double degree in Applied Social Psychology Graduate with two full Master’s degrees from two outstanding universities: an MSc in Psychology, awarded by Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia; and an MSc in Social Psychology, awarded by Tilburg University in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Program structure This two-year program consists of 120 credits (ECTS), of which: Courses of the track in Social Psychology or Cross-Cultural Psychology at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow (60 ECTS) Courses of the track Economic Psychology or Work and Organizational Psychology at Tilburg University (33 ECTS) Master’s thesis at Tilburg University (27 ECTS) The first year you’ll spend at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. The second year you’ll spend at Tilburg University. The program starts at the end of August. Master's thesis at Tilburg University (year 2) As of the start of the program at Tilburg University you’ll start writing your Master's Thesis (27 ECTS). The topics available for the Master's Thesis are decided in the beginning of the academic year. These topics are closely related to the research programs of the different research units that participate in the program. The thesis takes form of a scientific journal article, written in English, ready to be submitted to an APA-journal. In the second semester you will have the opportunity to combine your thesis with an internship in which you learn to apply your knowledge in applied settings. This internship can be at private, semi-private or governmental organizations in the area of policy, consulting, human development and organization development. Language requirements | You need to prove your proficiency (C1 CEFR) in English by submitting the results of one of these tests: TOEFL with a minimum score of 577 (paper-based) / 100 (internet-based).
