Germany is one of the most ideal and affordable destinations in Europe for international students when it comes to education. Every year, Germany attracts around 3,50,000 international students who wish to study in the country. In comparison to other study destinations outside of Europe, living in Germany as an international student comes at a lower cost. It has been estimated that the living costs in Germany are around 853 EUR per month and this can prove to be a challenge for international students.

Therefore, it makes sense that you would want to look for scholarships to pay for your education and lessen your financial load if you were planning to study in Germany. International students are drawn to the EU because of the abundance of universities, governments, for-profit businesses, and other organizations that provide financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, and bursaries. It is strongly advised that you apply for scholarships well in advance given that millions of international students select the EU as their study destination each year.
